‘Bring the Power' was a programme aiming to engage young people across Birmingham, the West Midlands and the UK in the run up to the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games. With 60% of the Commonwealth population under 30, and Birmingham being the second youngest city in Europe, the Commonwealth Games presented a huge opportunity.

My team produced a suite of creative bitesize resources which were informed by research insights, and under budget constraints. They were used in youth engagement workshops and marketing activations, and were available for download online.

Results

Over 978,000 youth engagements

Distributed 10,000 tickets for Games events to young people and their families
